Tip:
Ø  All remaining process will be same if you add cucumber or boondi or some other vegetable instead of fruits.
Ø   Salt is optional so skip it if you are on fast.
Ø   Mint leaves and Coriander leaves are optional so skip it if not available.
Ø Here I am using sour curd but if you don’t like sourness than add some milk to dilute the sourness of curd.

Process:
·       In a medium bowl take curd and whisk up until curd mixture becomes smooth and creamy and add black pepper, cumin powder, red chili powder, sugar, black rock salt and stir it.
·    Here will add all fruits and chat mashala and mint leaves then again  stir it for few second.
·      Now garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it chilled.
