Chicken curry


This home style chicken curry is for beginners it's a simple, quick and delicious dish so let's learn how to make it with these basic tips and variations for the best ever chicken... 








Ingredients:
       

         Chicken – 1 kg
         Onion - 3 (big sizes)
         Tomato - 3 (big sizes)
         Ginger - 2 tsp (paste)
         Garlic - 2 tsp (paste)
         Green Chili - 2 (finely chopped)
         Black pepper – ½ tsp (whole)
         Clove - 4/5 
         Cardamom - 3/4 
         Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
         Red chili powder - 2 tsp
         Coriander powder - 3 tsp
         Cumin powder - 4 tsp (roasated)
         Besan - 2 tsp (gram flour)
         Kashmiri lal mirch - 2 tsp
         Coriander leaves - 2 tsp (for garnish)
         Butter - 2 tsp
         Kasuri methi - 2 tsp
         Salt - to taste
         Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
         Oil - 4 tbsp (Vegetable oil)


 Process to Cook:-

Firstly we need to marinate chicken so let’s make a start, take the medium sizes chicken pieces and make the line over the chicken piece with the help of knife so that all spices will be mixed well while cooking then add 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp and mix it well then keep it aside for rest in the cool place (if you do not have refrigerator) or in the refrigerator for 15-20 min.

Now turn to cook it so let’s get started take a cooker, turn on the flame get the oil on it let the oil hot then add bay leaf and cumin seeds then let it fry for some second add black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and again fry it for 5 second then add finely chopped onion and fry it for 8-10 min add salt ½ tsp so that onion will cook faster if onion is 80% done add green chili, left  ginger & garlic paste, turmeric powder 1 tsp stir it for 2 min then add tomato and fry it until it becomes thick paste, sprinkle the water  on it for that mashala will not get burn, add all chicken pieces and turn the flame on high and fry it for 5  min add all spices powder and mix it for 1 minute then add 5 cup of water and cover the lid of cooker and turn the flame on medium heat and wait for 1 whistle and turn the flame off and wait to depressurized the air (do not depressurized by yourself) then open the lid and stir it,  add garam mashala 2 tsp then again let it boil for 3 to 5 min  then add kasuri methi and mix it, in the end add butter 4-6 tsp and stir it well then let the flame off and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
