Potato Fry
Whenever you think about evergreen vegetable
undoubtedly potato strikes on your mind because not a single soul can dislike
this. You can get this in all season effortlessly and presumably it consorts
with every green vegetable such as Aalu matar, aalu fulgobhi, aalu bhindi, aalu
bengan.
Besides in non Veg item we use to mix it, I
will show the method to make it done in my upcoming recipe. By today will learn
to make potato fry (Aalu fry).
Ingredients:-
Potato - 250 gram, peeled and boiled (Chopped
in small pieces)
Tomato - finely chopped
Onion - 1 big size (roughly chopped)
Oil - 45 tbsp
Green chili - ¾ slit
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - for garnish
Curry leaves - as per your taste
Let’s make to start quickest and very
enjoyable recipe as if you can have it along with chapatti / roti or with rice,
put the pan on the medium flame let it heat then add oil then wait to heat oil,
now here goes cumin seeds, curry leaves, fry it for few seconds and add onion
and green chili fry it until onion turns brown now will add ginger and garlic
paste, turmeric powder stir it for 2-3 minutes add potato and gently stir it,
here now will add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and tomato
and will fry it for 5 minute.
our Aalu fry is completely done, turn off the
flame.
Now will take it out from the pan and garnish
it with coriander leaves.
