Egg mashala curry


Hey guys hope u all doing well me too very fine and after my first recipe I am going to share with you friends my all time favorite dish its easy and quick to cook....so I think everyone a lil baby to old grand mom or dad enjoy it... probably twice in a week i used to cook it in my home...it's a Egg mashala gravy did u guys already heard about this recipe?? It’s obviously yes na....umm I know it...It’s a mouth watering dish you can have it with rice or roti as per your choice so without wasting time let's learn how to make it done.



The ingredients we needed to cook it...

Boiled eggs - 4
Onion - 2 in big size (crushed in mixer)
Tomato - 2 big sizes (crushed in mixer)
Ginger and Garlic paste - 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder - tea spoon
Salt - as per the taste
Green chilies - 3/4
Curry leaves - 7/8 leaves
Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder - 2 tea spoon
Cumin powder - 2 tea spoon
Garam mashala - 1 tea spoon
Kasmiri Lal mirch - 1 tea spoon
Red chili powder- 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander leaves - 2 tea spoon (finely chopped)
Oil - refined                  
Water - 4 cup

Now let’s get start to cook... at first peel off the boil egg and with the help of knife make 3 or 4 mark / lining over the egg very gently so that u won't get hurt while frying it... sometimes while frying, it may suddenly burst out ...anyways let’s begin, turn on the flame on the medium heat take a pan and wait to warm it then get 3 table spoon oil and wait to heat then give some salt, turmeric powder and get the egg on it and fry it till it becomes brown color then get the fried egg back to the plate then in  remaining oil add 2 tea spoon more oil then after warming up give some curry leaves in it stir it for 5 second then take in to the crushed onion fry until it becomes brown then add ginger and garlic paste, salt to taste, turmeric powder, green chilies and fry it for 5 minute then add the crushed tomatoes and again fry it for 5 min after that we will add coriander and cumin powder and sprinkle the water if needed so that mashala will not get burn and stir it for 7 to 8 minute add garam mashala and again fry it for 5 minutes and add water and wait to boil it after boiling gravy leave the fried egg carefully then mix it with gravy and again stir it for 3 to 4 minute..Then turn the flame off and spread the coriander leaves and serve it...
