Cheese Vegetable Omelet
Eggs and cheese is the best pair when it comes to making omelets. We can have it not just for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner as well. We can even make our omelet delicious by adding different types of ingredients such as herbs, vegetables, ham. This recipe will show you how to make a tasty vegetable omelet for yourself.
Ingredients for cheese Vegetable Omelet.
Eggs
- 2
Butter
- 2 teaspoon
Cheddar
cheese - 25 grams (shredded)
Salt
- as per taste
Black
pepper - some pinch
Vegetables
- as per your choice
Let’s commence making:-
Take a bowl break two eggs on it (make sure eggs should be in room temperature) cold eggs cause tough and over cooked omelet.
Beat the eggs with the help of fork or whisk until there no strands left (The mixture should be little frothy) add salt to taste and a pinch of black pepper powder then add finely chopped onion, green chili, tomato, carrot, bell pepper, chives, coriander leaves etc. add some small piece of butter, this will result richer and fluffier omelet. Consider adding a lil bit of water to the mixture (it cause the eggs to fluff up when cooked)
Turn on the flame and set the heat to the
medium, place the skillet on the burner and after heating, drop 2 teaspoons of
butter and tilt the skillet using the handle until the entire surface is
covered with melting butter. (If you do not have skillet you can use non-stick
frying pan instead)
Now take the mixture and spread around the skillet with the
help of spatula.
When the omelet begins to set from the top, lift them up slightly with the help of spatula to let the uncooked egg flow under the omelet.
Sprinkle the cheese just
before the omelet finishes cooking from the top.
Use the spatula to transfer the omelet from the skillet then serve it with the toast or you can have it just like that.
